350 playsSet a Fire - Will Reagan & United Pursuit
There’s no place I would rather be
There’s no place I would rather be
There’s no place I would rather be
Than here in your love, here in your love
So, set a fire down in my soul
That I can’t contain and I can’t control
I want more of You, God
I want more of You, God

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Dave, a homeless man living in the parks Orange County. Not only is Dave homeless, but I later came to find he is blind. While beginning my morning routine, I stopped at my local Starbucks to get an “Iced Vanilla Later” ( you know, a manly drink). As I began to make my way up to the door, I heard a voice in the distance say “sir, are you there?”. As I turned to my right I saw a man sitting at an outside table, staring off into the distance. Not thinking anything of it, I figured he wasn’t talking to me and continued the journey of purchasing my manly iced refreshment.
While walking back to my car, I heard that voice again …..”sir, are you there?”. This time my intuitive right side began to say “Go talk to him. Go see what he needs”. Listening to that little voice in my head, I walked over and asked him if everything was alright. Immediately he said “Thank God! Finally, someone listens”. He began to tell me that he had been sitting at that table for an hour, yelling “sir, are you there?” every time he heard the clanking of footsteps. He began to tell me that not only was he homeless, but that he also lost his vision over three years ago.
Dave began to tell me that God has been in important part of his life, keeping him safe and healthy throughout his many years. I had the honor of hearing Dave’s story; the chapters of his life kept untold to the average person. I would love to share more of Dave’s story, but I feel maybe you need to meet him and find out for yourself.
After talking with Dave for over an hour, blessing him with money for lunch, offering him a ride and then praying with him; he left me with a sentence that will always remember.

269 playsShekinah Glory - Jaye Thomas & Cory Asbury
We wait for You, we wait for You
We wait for You; walk in the room
Here we are, standing in Your presence
Here we are, standing in Your presence
Shekinah glory come down, Shekinah glory come down
Release the fullness of Your Spirit
Shekinah glory come, Shekinah glory come
You move and we want more, You speak and we want more
You move and we want more; we want the fullness
We want more, we want more, we want more, we want more
We want more, we want more, more of Your Spirit
And there is nothing on earth that I desire besides you.
My flesh and my heart may fail,
But God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever."
